West New York Waterfront Residential Development Receives Site Plan Approval

On October 19, 2026, the Planning Board of the Town of West New York (Hudson County, New Jersey) approved the proposed “E Residences on the Hudson LLC Site Plan” for 6600 Hillside Road (Block 167, Lot 1.02).

Designed by PCF Architects, the new building will comprise ten residential floors above three below-grade and one above-grade parking levels. The development will include 101 residential units: 25 one-bedroom, 41 two-bedroom, 25 three-bedroom, and 10 four-bedroom residences.

The property is located on the western side of the intersection of Hillside Avenue and River Road, with access to Farragut Place, within the Town of West New York’s Hillside Road Redevelopment Area.

The project represents an opportunity to transform a formerly industrial, underutilized waterfront site into a vibrant residential environment.
